The information on this site is general information about our services. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it doesn’t replace care from a doctor or other health care provider. Health Navigators help you navigate care and connect to resources. They do not provide medical treatment. Always talk with your health care provider about medical questions.

2. Our Services

Submitting a form on this site is a request to be contacted. It doesn’t enroll you in a program or guarantee that you qualify for services. Eligibility for health navigation services depends on your Medi-Cal coverage, your health plan’s rules, and state program requirements. We’ll talk with you about what’s available when we call.

3. Who Can Use This Site

Anyone may browse this site. Forms should be completed by adults, or by a parent, guardian, or authorized representative on behalf of a child or another person. If you submit a form for someone else, you confirm that you have their permission, or the legal authority, to do so.

4. Information You Send Us

Please make sure the information you give us is accurate, so we can reach the right person. If you refer someone, you confirm that they know about the referral and have agreed to be contacted. How we collect, use, and protect your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Please don’t send medical details through our website, email, or text messages. Your Health Navigator will talk with you about your health privately.

5. Phone And Text Messages

When you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, you agree that Margins Health may call or text you about our services, such as returning your request, scheduling, reminders, and follow-up.

• How often: message frequency varies based on your needs.
• Cost: message and data rates from your phone carrier may apply.
• Opting out: reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts. We’ll send one message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed. You can also ask us to stop calling at any time.
• Help: reply HELP for assistance, or call us at (310) 896-5936.
• Carriers: phone carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: we never share your phone number or texting consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Using The Site Responsibly

When using this site, please don’t:

• Submit false information or pretend to be someone else
• Submit information about another person without their permission
• Try to break, overload, or get around the site’s security

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
